Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
In Plain English
We collect what you type into our forms so we can call you back, give you a price, and do the work. We don't sell it. A few trusted services help us run the website, and they only get what they need to do their jobs. Ask, and we'll tell you what we have.
Bleuwave Electrical, LLC(“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only; work we perform at your home or business is also governed by the written estimate or agreement you sign.
Information You Give Us
When you request an estimate or service, our forms ask for:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The street address, city, and ZIP code where the work is needed
- The service you're interested in and any notes you add about the job
If you apply for a job on our careers page, we also collect the position you want, your experience, license status, work authorization, an optional résumé link, and anything you tell us about yourself.
Information Collected Automatically
With each form submission we record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through an ad or campaign link, the campaign details in that link (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID). That tells us which marketing actually works. Our forms also use hidden fields and timing checks to filter out spam bots; these don't identify you. We use Google Tag Manager and related Google tools to measure site traffic. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How We Use It
- To respond to your request, schedule a visit, and prepare a written estimate
- To perform the work and follow up about your project
- To send confirmation and service emails
- To review job applications
- To improve our website and measure our advertising
- To prevent spam and fraud, and to meet legal obligations
Who Helps Us Run the Site
We rely on a small number of service providers: website hosting (Vercel), a secure cloud database where form submissions are stored, transactional email delivery (Postmark), online scheduling and chat (Broccoli), and analytics and tag management (Google). They process information on our behalf to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. If you apply for financing, the lender's own privacy policy covers that application. We do not sell your personal information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep customer information as long as we need it to provide service, honor warranties, and maintain ordinary business and tax records. Spam and abandoned submissions are removed periodically.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're required to keep. Email info@phxazelectrician.com or call (480) 863-5910. You can also control cookies in your browser.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details, like payment card numbers, through our web forms.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging electrical work. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and Contact
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email info@phxazelectrician.com or contact us.
