For years the choice was simple: Teslas used one plug and nearly everyone else used J1772. Now most automakers are moving to the NACS connector, also known as SAE J3400, that Tesla introduced. If that sounds like a reason to wait, it isn't. Adapters work both ways, and a well-installed Level 2 circuit will serve whatever you drive next.

That's why we focus on the part that outlasts any connector: the circuit. A 60-amp circuit with the right wire supports a 48-amp charger today and almost anything tomorrow. A 50-amp circuit with a NEMA 14-50 outlet gives you the freedom to swap chargers in an afternoon. We'll recommend the one that fits your panel and your plans.

We'll check that it's UL-listed and suited to your space, then install it properly: load calculation, correct breaker and wire, permit, and inspection. No upselling you on a different brand.
