Permanent Roofline Lighting in Mesa
“Mesa has been lighting up for Christmas for decades. The extension cord was never the tradition.”
Mesa takes its holiday lights seriously. For decades, families have driven to the Mesa Arizona Temple in December to walk the grounds under the lights, and plenty of them have come home inspired to do something about their own roofline. That usually means a ladder, a box of bulbs, and a quiet promise to buy better clips next year.
Permanent roofline lighting keeps the inspiration and drops the ladder. We install a slim, color-matched track under the eave, fill it with app-controlled LEDs, and wire it to its own protected circuit. From then on, December is a few taps on your phone. So is every other month: warm white at dusk, school colors on Friday, maroon and gold when the Sun Devils are winning.
Mesa is a big city with every kind of house, and we've learned to treat them differently. A 1970s ranch in Dobson Ranch has a long, simple eave and, often, an older panel. A new home in Eastmark has a tile roof and an HOA. We check the electrical first and plan the lighting second. What We Do
Done Right, Done Once
One company, one schedule, one price you see before we start.
What We Install
One permanent system, programmed for every season and every occasion.
- Slim, color-matched track mounted under the eave or along the fascia
- App-controlled, color-programmable LEDs with scenes and schedules
- Warm white nightly, holiday programs, and team colors on demand
- Power supplies on a dedicated, GFCI-protected circuit with weatherproof covers
- A walkthrough of the app, so the whole household can run it
Built for Mesa
Older homes and new ones need different things. We start with the electrical.
- Panel checks on mid-century homes before any new circuit goes in
- Mounting to fascia and soffit, never through concrete or clay tile
- Sealed connections rated for heat, sun, dust, and monsoon wind
- HOA documentation for Eastmark, Las Sendas, and other associations
- Typically installed in one day
Old Panels, New Lights
A good share of Mesa was built between the 1960s and the '80s, and many of those homes still run on their original electrical panels. Some are 100-amp. Some have no open spaces left. Adding lighting to a house like that is not complicated, but it should be done by someone who looks inside the panel first. That's us. We check capacity and condition, then put the lighting on a dedicated, GFCI-protected circuit.
If we find something that needs attention, we'll show you and give you an upfront price. No scare tactics. Sometimes the answer is a simple repair, sometimes it's a larger upgrade, and sometimes the panel is fine and we get on with the lighting. While we're on the outside of the house, ask about exterior lighting for the porch, garage, and side yards too.
Holiday Lights, Year-Round Value
Mesa's December is the reason most people call. Permanent Christmas lights give you a full holiday display with no ladder, no tangles, and no take-down day in January. You choose the colors, the patterns, and the schedule, then leave it alone.
The rest of the year is where the investment pays you back. Warm white every evening makes a ranch house look sharp and a hillside home look spectacular. Orange and black in October. Red, white, and blue in July. And on game day, whatever colors you bleed. For the cost side, read what permanent roofline lighting costs in Phoenix, and ask about 0% financing on approved credit.
